Proposal - PaceSetter develops and presents a custom, detailed proposal based on your requirements outlining the programs and services recommended for your business. It includes some or all:

  • Scope, results (deliverables)
  • Assumptions, background
  • Resources
  • Process
  • Timetable
  • Price

Pricing Options - PaceSetter offers a variety of pricing options including:

  • Project fee
  • Daily rate
  • Retainer
  • Retainer plus % of improvement
  • Other creative approaches – just ask

Progress Reviews - Throughout the process, PaceSetter meets with your designated team to review progress toward objectives. During these reviews, we will identify any specific areas that may need extra attention.

Close-out Review – At project conclusion, PaceSetter will meet with you to insure that we have met or exceeded your expectations. The project isn't complete until you agree that we have delivered the services outlined in the proposal.
